The service from Shiva, Vicky, and Gourab was excellent! We liked our stay at Extended Stay Americas. It was convenient and the staff went out of their way to help. But, what could be better was breakfast, quality of the furniture, and bathroom fittings. Also, what can really help is a daily housekeeping without having to pay for it separately.

Shiva was really nice and helpful staff guy in this hotel! I would love to book this place whenever I will have a chance in the future. Had to leave some stuff for my work and he was willing to take care of my stuff until I pick them up after my work and I felt secure

Very helpful staff. Modest but nice accommodations.
Tricky to drive into - learn the road bc turnoff is from a lane that is an on-ramp and need to do a U-turn to get back coming from other direction.

Very sketchy area and sketchy people hanging out on parking lot. Did not feel safe. Several cars were vandalized.

I was not able to sleep and actually checked out a day early forfeiting the money spent for the second night. There was a gaping opening under the door to our room. I stuffed it with a towel, but it didn't help buffer the loud noise from the highway. In addition to that, the refrigerator made a horrible gurgling noise all night.
Additionally, there was not even a bottle of water left in our room and the breakfast that they serve in nothing but sugar. Muffins and granola bars. Very dissappointing.

The room itself was decent. Had an issue with the shower curtain which the front desk rectified right away. The door to the room had a gap so air, bugs and noise came through.
